It took almost 4 hours to get to the Sarnia Border. What a boring drive! I drove up till 4:30am and started feeling tired. We stopped @ a rest stop for a nap and woke up @ 7am.
Onward to Chicago. Driving to Chicago wasn't too bad. Tonnes of construction. We were lucky because today is Sunday and there was less traffic. We would have been stuck in a one lane highway.
Here are some pics @ Kalamazoo:
It was my first time in Chicago. Really beautiful City(downtown). Drivers were relatively courteous.
When we first arrived we decided to pull off the highway. I had no idea where I was relying purely on my GPS. I decided to search my GPS data base for places to chomp! We decided on Bennie's Pizza. It turned out to be located in a Mexican Neighborhood. The Pizza was delicious! They piled the cheese(Wisconsin) on! Now that's a Deep Dish Pizza! Sorry, Sifu, It was only one slice(es)!
Here are more random Chicago Pics...
We left Chicago around 4pm and drove to Madison... Here is the Subie with all our stuff outside the Motel.
